You want to know from a job applicant or an employee if he/she meets the required intelligence, behavioral talents of a function and you are not yet a returning customer, or your company does not have a TMA portal For information about a company portal please contact EhrmVision.
Click on Request TMA. Fill out the form on the screen. By return you will receive a personal log-in code. In the personal invitation you will find the button (example) Login TMA. When you click it, you can enter the code and the candidate may begin the TMA. The applicant or employee can both at your site or our location, or at home fill out the complete talent analysis. It is always important that the candidates are placed in a quiet space where they are not disturbed.
The TMA takes approximately 1 hour and includes over 300 questions and propositions. The first part of the research focuses on the personality, drives and talents of the candidate. This delivers both behavioral characteristics (report on 50 competencies) and also personality characteristics (report on 22 talents). This section takes approximately 1 hour.
The (possible) second part of the survey provides insight in the cognitive abilities of the candidate. This questionnaire has a time limit. This part takes about 30 minutes to complete.
After the candidate has answered the last question you will receive the personal reports of the candidate and the different expert reports.
On request you will receive a personal feedback by telephone of thirty minutes. In this conversation, the results are discussed and you get a clear opinion about the candidate.

If you have multiple PCs, you can simultaneously have several candidates do the talent analysis. This part of the analysis which focuses on the talents, has no right or wrong answers. It is not necessary to monitor in this section.
